We constructed a mansard hip screened pool enclosure which connected to a sunroom the Carvajals had just finished constructing. All Together, the structures blended seamlessly with the home and created a sense of a greatly enlarged semi-interior space.

This enclosure incorporates a special new screen which increases visibility and air flow, while decreasing the mesh size. This Bettervue mesh screen, by Phipher, is one of the latest advances in the industry, and even incorporated a "microban" additive into the screen formulation to inhibit mold and mildew growth. Best part of all is that Bettervue mesh screen costs the same as standard 18X14 mesh screen. Testing shows Bettervue mesh screen withstand wear and wind better than standard screen as well.
